Enabling an integration makes it available to members so they can connect their own accounts and LuumenAI can use it. Only Owners and Admins can enable integrations, and setting tool permissions is a part of enabling an integration.
The Integrations Library
Open Integrations in the left navigation. The library has three views.
All: every integration in the catalog, grouped by category. You can also search for an integration by name.
Enabled for my org: integrations that are currently enabled.
Pending Requests: integrations Members have asked for. This view appears for Owners and Admins.
Open an integration to see its description, the tools it offers, and, once enabled, its current scope and connection state.
Enable an Integration
Find the integration you would like to enable. Click Enable. You will see a list of every tool the integration offers with a description of what each tools does. These are the tools available to LuumenAI once the integration is enabled and the permissions are set.
Click Enable for Organization.
Under Available in, choose whether this integration will be available in All workspaces or only Specific workspaces.
With All workspaces, Members in all workspaces can connect to and use this integration (including in workspaces created later).
Under Tool permissions, choose Recommended or Custom.
With Recommended, read-only tools run automatically and tools that create, update, or delete ask for approval first.
With Custom, every tool the integration offers is listed with its own permission, which you can change individually, by group, or with Set all. You can also search for a specific tool call using the search box.
Click Enable. The integration now appears under Enabled for my org, and members in the approved workspaces can connect their accounts immediately.
Some integrations expose their tools once an account is connected rather than through a fixed list. For these integrations Luumen will state that the integration makes its tools available automatically once connected, and permissions apply as the tools appear.
Change Integration Scope or Permissions
Admin or Owners can go to Settings and Integrations. Choose the integration and click Edit to change workplace scope or integration permissions. Changes apply to every member the moment you save.
A tool that is changed to Not enabled is unavailable to LuumenAI.
Review Member Requests for Integrations
Members who need an integration that is not enabled can request it.
For Admins and Owners, integration requests land under Pending Requests
Approve: follows the same flow for enabling an integration.
Decline: closes the request and does not enable the integration.
Disable an integration
In Settings and Integrations, open the integration and click Disable Integration. Every member's connection to it stops working, LuumenAI can no longer call its tools, and it moves out of Enabled for my org.
Integration Connection
For all members, the Enabled for my org view shows connection state. A member whose sign-in with an integration that has lapsed shows Sign-in failed, reconnect this account. Each members can reconnect to an integration, an Admin cannot reconnect on their behalf, because the connection carries the member's own identity.
