Most integrations in the directory are available on every plan. A small set of connectors that reach into enterprise systems of record are available on Enterprise only: the SAP connectors, SAP BTP and SAP BTP Admin, ServiceNow and Dynatrace.
How they Appear
In the integrations library, Enterprise connectors or integrations will have an Enterprise badge. On Free, Pro, and Team, the enable action is replaced by Talk to Sales, or you can contact us at [email protected] to talk to our team.
On Enterprise, connectors enables like any other, with the same workspace scope and per-tool permissions.
SAP BTP and SAP BTP Admin
Each SAP operation is a governed Luumen tool with its own risk level, approval requirement, and evidence expectation.
What they cover
BTP user governance. Reviewing accounts and roles, and acting on them under approval.
Monitoring and job investigation. Reading the state of BTP services and jobs to investigate an incident.
Datasphere reads. Read-only access to Datasphere for investigation and reporting.
How they connect. SAP connections use the enterprise authentication your BTP subaccount already provides, on SAP's certified extension path, rather than a shared technical user. A workspace can hold several SAP systems and accounts. LuumenAI routes an action to the right one and asks when the target is ambiguous.
How they are governed. The recommended defaults apply: reads run, changes wait for approval. Where your policy requires it, a governed SAP action can require evidence such as an approved ServiceNow ticket before LuumenAI proposes it, and the approval card shows that evidence alongside the call.
Example use case: an incident in ServiceNow leads LuumenAI to review a set of BTP accounts, propose the change, wait for approval in the conversation, and record the whole run under one entry in the audit log.
Dynatrace
The Dynatrace connector gives LuumenAI read access to your monitoring data during an investigation: the problems Dynatrace has opened, the entities and metrics behind them, and the timeline around an incident. This lets LuumenAI answer performance questions from monitoring evidence as well as from the host itself.
Dynatrace does not discover or add servers. Hosts in Luumen still come from Add a host or Import hosts from a CSV.
