Manage Your Subscription

See your plan and usage, update payment details, change the billing email, and download invoices.

Billing lives in Settings, then Plans & Billing under Organization. Owners and admins can see it. Only the organization Owner can downgrade or cancel.

The Plans and Billing page showing the current plan, AI credits, and payment method

Plan

The Plan section shows your current plan, whether it is billed annually or monthly, and when it renews. During a free trial period, a Trial badge shows the end date and what you will be billed afterwards. If you have scheduled a change, a Plan change pending badge shows until it takes effect at the end of the period.

Change plan (or Choose a plan on Free accounts) opens the comparison. See Change or cancel your plan.

AI credits

The AI Credits section shows each user's AI usage against their monthly allowance, when that allowance resets, and the pool of credits shared by your team. Buy AI credits lets you purchase more AI credits for your team. For more information: How AI credits work.

Change Payment Method

Credit card details are managed by Stripe and are never entered into Luumen.

Manage payment methods opens the Stripe billing portal in your browser, where you can add, remove, or change your default card.

If a payment fails, a payment failed banner appears at the top of the page asking you to update your payment method before the end of the period to avoid losing access. Your data is never deleted for a failed payment.

Change Billing Email

Invoices and receipts go to the address shown under billing email. You can edit this.

View and Download Invoices

View history shows a list of invoices and their status. You can also download invoices.

Billing and Payments Permissions

Admins can update payment details, change the billing email, download invoices, buy credits, and upgrade their organization's plan. Only the organization Owner can downgrade or cancel.
