Luumen Settings Page

Every Settings page in Luumen, who can see it, and what you can change there.

Settings opens from the menu under your avatar at the bottom of the left navigation. It is split into two groups. Account is about you. Organization is about your company in Luumen and is where owners and admins do most of their work.

Account

General. Your terminal session preferences:

  • Session persistence. Whether your terminal sessions are kept between visits.

Profile & Security. Everything about you and how you sign in:

  • Your display name and profile photo

  • Your email address, used for login

  • Your sign-in method: Email sign-in, Google or Microsoft as a sign in provider

Email & Notifications. Manage the emails you receive from Luumen. Turn each subscription on or off:

  • Best Practices

  • Getting Started

  • Guides & Educational Content

  • Product Updates

  • Promotions

Data & Privacy. Control how Luumen handles your data:

  • Allow AI model improvement. Whether Luumen may use your AI interactions to improve its models. Sensitive data is redacted.

  • Allow product analytics. Whether Luumen may collect anonymous usage and performance data to improve the product.

  • Export data. Request a copy of your data with Request export.

Organization

Workspaces. Every workspace in your organization:

  • Create workspace. Adds a new workspace.

  • Rename a workspace and view its member list.

  • Delete workspace. Permanent, and removes everything in it. You cannot delete your last workspace; create another first.

Members. Everyone in your organization:

  • Each person's role, workspace access, and status, plus a Former tab of people who have left or lost access to Luumen.

  • Invite Members. Sends invitations to new members.

  • Change users roles, edit their workspace access, resend or revoke an invitation, or remove them.

Plans & Billing. Your plan and payment details:

  • Your current plan and renewal date, with Change plan.

  • AI Credits, with Buy AI credits.

  • Your billing email.

  • Manage payment methods and Invoice history, both of which open the Stripe portal.

  • Cancel subscription, at the foot of the page.

Integrations. The full integration directory, for Admins and Owners:

  • Browse and search the directory, filtered by category.

  • Enable an integration for the organization, and set its tool permissions and workspace scope.

  • Enabled for my org shows what is currently on.

  • Pending Requests holds member requests waiting for review.
